Within the USWe offer the following shipment methods through UPS: Ground, 2-Day or Overnight. All orders placed by 3 pm EST will be shipped out the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will ship out the following day (with the exception of orders placed on a Saturday which will be shipped the following Monday).
Allow 3-5 business days for ground shipped orders.
Orders with a merchandise value over $100 qualify for free ground shipping.
Outside the USAll orders are shipped via UPS
The international shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout and is calculated based on the service level, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, the destination country and all applicable duties and taxes.
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the merchandise purchased, the classification of the merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the country and the Value Added Tax (VAT) rates set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order at checkout.
Exchange RateYour order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by UPS and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond to the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.

As a small boutique business with limited quantities, it is difficult to maintain constant returns. The Silence Co. gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered merchandise that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 28 days from the date your order was received. Items must have 'The Silence Co.' tag and designer labels still attached.
To request a return, log into your account or simply click the following link: Initiate a Return and follow the steps to initiate your return.
If you wish to return your purchase, a $10 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. Your return will come in the version of a gift card and will be sent via email once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse. You can use your store credit at checkout for future purchases.
Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include hair accessories, hosiery and jewelry.
