We offer the following shipment methods through UPS: Ground, 2-Day or Overnight. All orders placed by 3 pm EST will be shipped out the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will ship out the following day (with the exception of orders placed on a Saturday which will be shipped the following Monday).
Allow 3-5 business days for ground shipped orders.
Orders with a merchandise value over $100 qualify for free ground shipping.
All orders are shipped DHL Express.
The international shipping cost will be calculated and guaranteed during the DHL global checkout and is calculated based on the service level, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, the destination country and all applicable duties and taxes.

The Silence Co. gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered merchandise that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 28 days from the date your order was received. Items must have 'The Silence Co.' tag and designer labels still attached.

There is no cost to exchange your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, a $6 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. Your store credit will come in the version of a discount code and will be sent via email once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse. You can use your discount code at checkout for future purchases.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items include hair accessories, hosiery and jewelry.
