As soon as you’ve decided you want to return or exchange, let us know. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to follow the steps below:
- If you have an account, sign in and under ‘History’ select ‘Return/Exchange’ next to the order number of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
If you do not have an account, click the ‘Initiate a Return/Exchange’ link found under ‘Returns & Exchanges’ and enter your order number and email/phone number.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and choose your resolution for each item: return or exchange. If you’d like to return, choose a reason for your return as well as if you would like your return to a store credit or to your original form of payment. If you’d like to exchange, select your preferred size.
- Once you submit your return/exchange, you will receive a confirmation email that your request was submitted. Shortly after, you will receive an additional email with return instructions and a return label to print. The return label will specify the carrier in which to drop off your return/exchange. *Be sure to check your ‘Junk/Spam’ folder for the emails.
