Returning Your Purchase

As soon as you’ve decided you want to return or exchange, let us know. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to follow the steps below:
  1. If you have an account, sign in and under ‘History’ select ‘Return/Exchange’ next to the order number of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
    If you do not have an account, click the ‘Initiate a Return/Exchange’ link found under ‘Returns & Exchanges’ and enter your order number and email/phone number.
  2. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and choose your resolution for each item: return or exchange. If you’d like to return, choose a reason for your return as well as if you would like your return to a store credit or to your original form of payment. If you’d like to exchange, select your preferred size.
  3. Once you submit your return/exchange, you will receive a confirmation email that your request was submitted. Shortly after, you will receive an additional email with return instructions and a return label to print. The return label will specify the carrier in which to drop off your return/exchange. *Be sure to check your ‘Junk/Spam’ folder for the emails.
