Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know right away if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. As a small boutique business with limited quantities, it is difficult to maintain constant returns and exchanges. We have a 14-day return/exchange policy. Therefore, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange and send your purchase back to us.

To request a return or exchange, log into your account or simply click the following link: Initiate a Return/Exchange and follow the steps to initiate your return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned unused and in the same condition which they were received. Items must have ‘The Silence Co.’ tag and designer labels still attached.

There is no cost to exchange your purchase. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

If you wish to return your purchase to the original form of payment, there is a $10 return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

We are happy to honor requests for an adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase. However, we’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. 

A shoe box fee of $30 will be charged when the original shoe box is altered, damaged or missing.

Lingerie, swimwear and all items marked down are eligible for exchange/return for store credit only.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
